Job Description •Remedial investigation and feasibility study development and technical reporting
•Remediation system and facility engineering design and construction management
•Performing hazardous waste field investigations including environmental field sampling and reporting
•Assisting with the preparation of remedial action plans, and insitu and ex situ remedial designs
•Preparing calculations and working with senior engineers and CAD staff to generate process, environmental, and civil design drawings
•Preparing cost and technical evaluations of innovative remedial technologies in the framework of feasibility studies
•Performing field/pilot tests and injections, and documenting results
•Managing and analyzing data
Minimum Qualifications •Bachelor''s or Master s degree in engineering, preferably with a focus in civil, chemical or environmental.
•0-2 years of post-Bachelor s Degree Experience
•Registration as an Engineer in Training, or ability to obtain an EIT within 18 months of hire is required
•Knowledge of commonly used computer software (Word, Excel, AutoCAD) expected
•Candidate must have excellent writing and communication skills and ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
Preferred Qualifications •Preference for candidates with both ex situ and in situ remediation concepts and practices
•Prefer an individual that is self-motivated, high-energy, and efficient engineer with the ability to contribute to multiple project teams in any given week
•HAZWOPER 40-hr certification is preferred but not required
